Library Center

• Be courteous and considerate of others.
• Be quiet ("I" voices) and be working constructively on homework, reading, research and/or browsing.
• Help keep the library neat. Throw away trash. Put library materials on blue book carts.
• Student ID required for check-out of books or computer.
• Show a pass from a teacher or a class schedule with an open period to be in the library during class times.
• Cell Phones are to be silent and out of sight.
• CD players are to be off and out of sight.
• Do not reshelves books that you have used in the library.

Books may be check out for TWO WEEKS at a time and may be renewed twice. Students may check out up to four (4) books at a time.

Magazines may be checked out overnight or over the weekend. Magazines may be renewed twice. You may check out two at a time.

Encyclopedias and some other reference books may be checked out overnight. Look for reference books that have an "Overnigh Book" ticker either on the spine or inside the back cover. You may check out two reference books at a time.

The fine for all library materials is $.25 per item per school day and accumulates until it equals the cost of the book.

Copy machines and computer printouts is $.10 per page. The Xerox machine can give change for bills up to $5.00.

Lost & Found: The library receives lost and found items, including textbooks. Please check with us right away if you have lost or found clothes, books or jewelry, etc.
